I feel like I can do anything, all thanks to the JUST 10 Challenge!

After having two children, I weighed 162 lbs. I had this horrifying 40 lbs that I just wasn’t able to lose. I felt hopeless until I was introduced to the Just 10 Challenge. Being able to take control of what I put in my body is amazing! The meal plan was simple to follow and I got many great tips that I had never heard of before. I am now down to 122 lbs, I’ve lost 40 lbs, 10 lbs at a time. I feel like I can do anything, all thanks to the JUST 10 Challenge!

Healthy choices are no longer something I “am working on”

After day 70, I really began to take the time to be quiet and embrace meditation. It was amazing. I enjoyed the peace and energy so much I began meditating twice a day. It’s part of being secure with who I am, how I feel and the choices I make. Healthy choices are no longer something I “am working on”. They are a part of my new life because they make me feel in control, energized and grateful.
