After having two children, I weighed 162 lbs. I had this horrifying 40 lbs that I just wasn’t able to lose. I felt hopeless until I was introduced to the Just 10 Challenge. Being able to take control of what I put in my body is amazing! The meal plan was simple to follow and I got many great tips that I had never heard of before. I am now down to 122 lbs, I’ve lost 40 lbs, 10 lbs at a time. I feel like I can do anything, all thanks to the JUST 10 Challenge!
