The Change Institute Food & Weight Loss Coaching Program is a comprehensive & personalized 90-Day program, merging Brad Lamm’s powerful Invitation2Change method of change with daily check-ins, accountability and one-on-one coaching – creating a dynamic change plan yielding powerful and lasting results.
Throughout the 90-Day program, we carefully work with each client to craft a personalized Change Plan that includes:

Getting Started
We begin our work with an initial food and body questionnaire, followed by a comprehensive intake call. We then map out your Food Plan, begin discussing and working on individual food triggers, schedule weekly Coaching Calls – and begin to walk through the work and processes that frame this journey into lasting change. Over 90 days, our goal is not only for clients to change what and how they eat – but more importantly: why they eat, as well. Starting with the attainable goal of losing JUST 10 Lbs,, the program is a holistic and healthy way to lose weight, drawing on Brad and Scott’s own battles (and victories) with food and disordered eating.
